Pittsburgh Paddlefish in Venice

On May 23, 2010 a boat full of Paddlefish, Pfish alums, and friends paddled 30 kilometers of Venetian canals as part of the Vogalonga.

From the event’s website: The Vogalonga is an act of love for Venice and its waters, for its lagoon and its islands, for rowing and its boats. The Vogalonga retains over time its original purpose: to disseminate knowledge, awareness and respect for the essence and culture of our city.

Thank you Jan and Greg Smith for sharing your photos. Check out more photos in the Gallery.
