Congratulations Massi!
Posted on February 1st, 2010
Congratulations to Massimo Cenciarini on his great performance in the Three Rivers Rowing Association 18th Indoor Rowing Championship on Saturday Jan 30th. Massi put in a fantastic time of 7:10.6 to place fourth in the Masters Men (30-35) Final. That translates to a split of 1:47.7, so keep that in mind when you are struggling to do the team workouts.
Way to go Massi!!

ERDBA Indoor Regatta –March 20th 2010 in New York City
Posted on January 6th, 2010
Are you wondering why you are staggering through snow and ice to torture yourself on the paddle ergs? Well of course it is to get fit for the great on the water paddling. But think also about participating in the ERDBA Indoor Regatta which takes place in New York on Saturday March 20th. Paddlefish have been competing in this since 2004 and have brought home many, many medals. Besides being a bunch of fun it is really good to see how we as individuals stack up against other individuals in the area, plus you get a weekend in the Big Apple. There are races for individuals and teams, for men, women, age classes and weight classes – you will fit in somewhere. Check out the ERDBA website (www.erdba.org) for more information and photos and results from previous years races. Or contact Lisa Kennard or Massimo Cenciarini for more details
